! Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SF COMPANY LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

1 Services Description

SF COMPANY LLC provides mobile application development services including but not limited to iOS development, Android development, cross-platform solutions, UI/UX design, and related consulting services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in separate project agreements.

2 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. SF COMPANY LLC retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, or tools used in development. We reserve the right to reuse general coding techniques and non-proprietary components.

3 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones. Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees.

4 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, technical specifications, and user data.

5 Limitation of Liability

SF COMPANY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6 Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in individual project contracts. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

7 Changes to Terms

SF COMPANY LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
